2. Data We Collect

Location Information

To provide precise geofenced operations, route calculation, and real-time delivery status:

  • Customers: We collect precise foreground coordinates to identify delivery addresses, verify serviceability, and calculate delivery distance.
  • Delivery Partners (Riders): The Aritaku Delivery App collects precise location coordinates in the background (even when the app is closed or not in use) to enable efficient order dispatch, track orders in real-time, and calculate accurate delivery distances.
  • Restaurants: We collect location coordinates to identify the store location for matching with nearby orders and riders.

Personal Data

We collect names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. For riders, we also collect KYC documents (Aadhaar, Driving License, Selfie) to ensure platform security and regulatory compliance.

Communication Logs

We collect and store chat logs exchanged between riders and customers within the app during active deliveries to resolve transit issues and ensure safety.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

We retain your profile and transaction records as long as your account remains active or as required by financial auditing regulations. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, please contact us at support@aritaku.com. We will process your request within 48 hours, unless the data is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data with trusted partners only to facilitate our services:

  • Payment Gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree): To process secure prepaid UPI settlements and payout earnings.
  • Google Maps/Firebase: To provide mapping services, calculate distances, and secure cloud storage for your profile.
